  • Minor variations in gemstones, textures, and jewellery finishing are considered natural characteristics and not manufacturing defects.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise mentioned.
  • We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice.
  • Orders will only be processed after successful payment confirmation.
  • In case of pricing or technical errors, Iva Fine Jewellery reserves the right to cancel any order and issue a refund.

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

  • Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
  • Orders can only be cancelled within 45 minutes of placing the order.
  • Orders already dispatched cannot be cancelled.
  • Iva Fine Jewellery reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to stock unavailability, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or other unforeseen reasons.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary depending on location, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout.
  • Risk and ownership of products transfer to the customer upon successful delivery.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

6. Return, Refund & Exchange

  • Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy.
  • Requests must be initiated within the eligible return period.
  • Products must be returned unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • An unboxing video may be required for damaged, defective, or incorrect product claims.
  • Personalised or customised jewellery items are non-returnable unless received damaged.
